A neighborhood shop, run the way one should be.
Lincolnia Automotive is an independent Alexandria repair shop built on one idea: treat people the way you would want your own family treated. Show you the problem, fix it right, and stand behind the work. Our focus: From the commuter sedan to the diesel that has to work Monday morning.
Built on showing, not telling.
Every car that comes in gets a photographed digital inspection. You see the worn pad, the leaking gasket, the tire down to the wear bars, on your phone, before anyone quotes you a price. If it does not need doing, we tell you that too.
What we will not do.
We will not scare you into a repair, pad an estimate with parts your car does not need, or start work you did not approve. And we will not treat you differently because you do not know cars, that is exactly why you came to us.
Four promises, and we keep them.
Show, do not tell
Photos of every finding, sent to your phone.
